Refunds & Cancellations

At Carmen Elena, we value your time and ours. The following policy ensures fairness and clarity for all clients when scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments.

1. Cancellations
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a late cancellation and the session fee will be forfeited.

2. Rescheduling
  • You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional cost.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee or require full payment of the missed session.

3. Refunds
  • All sales are final. Refunds are generally not available once a session is booked or a product is purchased.

  • Exceptions may be made in the rare event that Carmen must cancel your appointment and you are unable to reschedule, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. No-Shows
  • If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show and the session fee will be forfeited.

5. Group Events, Workshops, and Classes
  • All ticket purchases for group events, workshops, or classes are non-refundable.

  • If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us in writing at least 24 hours before the event.

6. Emergency Situations

We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Accommodations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
