How to Open a ZIP File on iPhone (Easy Steps)

• Tap the Download Link

  • The ZIP file will download and show a small arrow in the top right corner of Safari (or Chrome).

• Tap the Arrow

  • Then tap the ZIP file name to open it in the Files app.

• Unzip the File

  • You’ll see a ZIP file icon with the name.

  • Tap it once — your iPhone will automatically unzip it and create a folder right below it.

• Open the Folder

  • Tap the new folder to see your audio file and the PDF inside.

• Play or Read

  • Tap the audio file to play it right away.

  • Tap the PDF to open it and read.

💡 Tip:

If you don’t see the ZIP file after downloading, open the Files app and go to:
“Downloads” → “Safari” or “Chrome” folder.

How to Download and Open a ZIP File on Your Computer

✅ Step 1: Download the File

• Click the download link we provided.
• The ZIP file will begin downloading automatically.
• When it's done, it will appear at the bottom of your browser window or in your Downloads folder.

✅ Step 2: Find the File

• On Windows: Open your Downloads folder (File Explorer → Downloads).
• On Mac: Open Finder, then go to Downloads.

✅ Step 3: Unzip the File

• Double-click the ZIP file.
• Your computer will automatically create a new folder with the same name.
• Open that new folder — inside you’ll find your audio and PDF files.

✅ Step 4: Use the Files

• Click the audio file to listen.
• Click the PDF to read or print.

💡 Helpful Tips

• If double-clicking doesn’t work, try right-clicking the ZIP file and selecting:
  • On Windows: Extract All...
  • On Mac: Open With > Archive Utility

• Tap the Download Link

• Open the “Files” App
  (It may be called “My Files” or “File Manager”, depending on your phone.)

• Find the ZIP File

  • Go to Downloads, or use the search bar and type in the file name.

• Tap the ZIP File

  • Your phone may automatically show what’s inside the ZIP file.

• Tap “Extract” or “Unzip”

  • You'll see an option to Extract or Unzip the files.

  • Tap it, and the files will be saved in a new folder with the same name.

• Open Your Files

  • Tap the new folder to find your audio file and PDF.

  • Tap the audio to listen, and tap the PDF to read.

💡 Tips:

• If your phone doesn’t unzip the file automatically, you can download a free app like “RAR”, “ZArchiver”, or “Files by Google” to open ZIPs easily.

• Make sure your volume is up to hear the audio!
